Important Guest Information

To ensure the comfort, safety, and smooth operation of our hotel, all guests are required to carefully review and comply with the following important policies:

  • Check-in & Check-out:
    Check-in time is 1:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Late check-out after 6:00 PM attracts an additional 50% of the room rate. Any stay beyond this period will be charged at the full room rate.
  • Outside Food & Beverages:
    Food and beverages from outside the hotel premises are not allowed within the hotel.
  • Reservations & Deposits:
    Reservations made without a deposit are not guaranteed. Requests for late check-in must be communicated to the Front Office Manager at least one day in advance.
  • Payments:
    Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, POS, Cash, or Foreign Currency (at the prevailing hotel exchange rate).
  • Security Policy:
    Any firearm brought into the hotel by a law enforcement agent must be fully disarmed before entry into the premises.
  • Pets Policy:
    No pets are allowed within the hotel premises.
